• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our services.
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Schedule appointments or walk-ins with qualified leads.
• Update and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with department heads and report to the team manager.

Qualifications Customer Service Jobs in Mumbai:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service in Mumbai is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language of Maharashtra).

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
