We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller from Daman to manage outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and follow up on sales leads. 

The ideal female or male from Daman candidate should be confident, persuasive, and eager to meet daily call targets while delivering excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities as Telecaller job in Daman:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our services.
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Schedule appointments or walk-ins with qualified leads.
  • Update and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with department heads and report to the team manager.

 

Qualifications Customer Service Jobs in Daman:

  • Minimum education: 12th Pass; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service in Daman is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language of Daman and Diu).
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and convincing abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
