• Update and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with department heads and report to the team manager.

• Minimum education: 12th Pass; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service in Cuttack is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language of Odisha).
